Klamath Falls Community
Located 2 hours and 15 minutes south of Bend, and 1 hour 30 minutes east of Medford, the city of Klamath Falls offers access to many amenities such as large chain grocery stores, gyms, running and biking trails, coffee shops and restaurants, and a lovely downtown area. There are a number of nature opportunities as well- Crater Lake National Park, Sky Lakes Wilderness area, Lake of the Woods, and Upper Klamath National Wildlife Refuge, and plenty more. As far as duty stations go, Klamath Falls pretty much has it all.

Housing
The Klamath Falls Ranger District is the compound that the crew bases out of. Unfortunately, there is no housing provided at this time. While rent is relatively inexpensive compared to the rest of the state, many crew members choose to live together to keep costs down.
The following is a list of rental property management offices that folks have had positive experiences with. Please note that there are more RPMs in the area and other tools to find housing.

If you have a camper or van set-up, please note that there is plenty of public land around to use, but due to the city being on the larger side it is a bit of a drive to access it. Additionally, the compound does NOT have any facilities for camper or van set-ups.
